Techie is a skin for Bootstrap 3, suitable for technology / app niche design. Nearly everything of default Bootstrap style has been re-styled such as component colors, border, radius, font family… etc. There’s no changes in default bootstrap css file because custom Techie skin is separated into single css file so when an update comes out, you can just replace the Bootstrap core file
